Refund & Cancellation Policy

​All ticket sales, retail purchases, and services are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled tour, a full credit for the amount paid may be issued toward a future tour date. Credit may be used to reschedule your experience for an extended period beyond the original tour date, subject to availability.

No cash or credit-card refunds will be issued. All retail purchases and services are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

By purchasing a tour ticket, retail product, or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
